As we previously reported, Aston Martin made available for sale one of the ten DB10 models built for the latest James Bond film, Spectre.
The February 18, 2016 Christie’s sale of the DB10 benefited Médecins Sans Frontières and one lucky James Bond fan bid a remarkable £2.4 million for the privilege of owning one of the most famous film cars in the history of entertainment.
“The DB10 is one of the rarest cars ever created,” said Dr Andy Palmer, Aston Martin’s CEO. “Only 10 will ever be made and this is the only one that will be made available for sale. It’s great to see this DB10 raising vital funds for Médecins Sans Frontières, it is a fantastic charity that we are delighted to support”.
VVUZZ sends our congratulations to the DB10’s winning bidder.
